Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Manage daily social media management using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Design engaging graphics and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and fundraising efforts, ensuring consistent branding across all channels.
  • Implement social listening techniques to monitor public sentiment, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for community engagement.
  • Coordinate with the public relations team to craft press releases, media outreach strategies, and manage relationships with media outlets.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics analysis to optimize reach and impact.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to enhance website visibility and drive traffic through e-commerce platforms or online donation portals.
  • Track web analytics data to assess campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on key performance indicators regularly.
  • Foster strong relationships with donors, partners, and community members through personalized communication and relationship management practices.
