Responsibilities

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE YOU APPLY. We're a busy auto hail repair shop, and we want someone to run our social media every day.
You'll get to see how a real local business does its marketing from the inside.
What you'll do:
Take photos and videos of our daily work: repairs, before-and-afters, the team, and happy customers
Post every day and keep our pages consistent and on-brand
Reply to leads who message us through social media, and help turn them into booked appointments (this is DMs only, not phone calls)
Sometimes drive a company or customer vehicle to another location for a photo shoot
Learn marketing on the job and bring your own ideas

Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Must pass a background check and a drug test
Proven experience growing social media, marketing, or creating content (personal, business, or freelance work all count)
Good writing, and friendly, professional messaging

Preferred

Your own camera (we provide a phone and camera)
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Experience with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok for a business
