Job Summary

Own and coordinate Whirlpool’s social engine across strategy, content, community, and influencer partnerships, grounded in data and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Own social strategy, content calendars, and community management to drive engagement and conversations.
  • Align with Strategy and Insights to ground work in audience understanding and measurable outcomes across platforms.
  • Lead performance analysis and optimization, including asset trafficking for paid and always-on content.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Leads the social strategy and execution end to end
  • Owns/plans content calendars for always on + Influencer content
  • Lead the daily community management, to maintain an active and responsive community, to drive more positive interactions - while also infusing engagement full circle to new briefs.
  • Collaborates with our influencer lead to expand reach and credibility within social communities.
  • Partner with Strategy, Insights, Analytics, Comms and Media teams to ensure that all work is grounded in community understanding, data and insights
  • Keeps abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices and shares out with broader organizations.
  • Maintain a high level of quality assurance while holding the team accountable for delivering social first campaigns
  • Be a cross-functional teammate who engages, listens and collaborates with internal teams on Whirlpool’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Be an inspiring peer and help develop out of the box and first-to-market experiences, activations, and content that will drive social conversations and increase brand love.
  • Analyze key performance metrics regularly, making vital recommendations for improvement.
