Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and post daily short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) highlighting our dough-making, pizza cutting, and behind-the-scenes kitchen energy.
Platform Management: Run and grow our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels with the clear goal of building a massive local and national following.
Community Outreach: Engage with WhatsApp foodie groups to get people talking about us.
Customer Experience: Greet every guest with massive energy, take orders, and make them feel like family.
Food Prep Support: Take pies out of the oven, cut the pies, and top off the pies if needed.
Team Player: Step in to help with any floor or counter task needed to keep the store running well during rush hours.

Requirements

A Video Portfolio is Mandatory: You must show us TikToks or Instagram Reels you have shot and edited yourself (preferably food, lifestyle, or brand-related).
High-Octane Energy: You are loud, positive, fast-moving, and genuinely love talking to people.
Miami Local: You live within a reliable daily commuting distance of North Miami Beach.
Kitchen Ready: Comfortable working on your feet around hot pizza ovens and fast-paced environments.
