Job Summary

Own end-to-end social content from on-site shoots to community management and performance reporting for a fast casual brand, with on-site collaboration in Old Town, Chicago.

Content creation and publishing: plan, shoot, edit, caption, and schedule across IG, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
Community ownership: monitor engagement, respond to followers, and nurture an active audience around promotions and launches.
Measurement and optimization: track performance, pull insights, and propose new ideas to stay ahead of trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create photo and video content on-site at the restaurant
Plan and maintain a content calendar
Edit short-form videos and social media content
Write engaging captions aligned with our brand voice
Publish and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and community engagement
Respond to followers and help build an active online community
Stay current with social media trends and recommend new content ideas
Track content performance and provide regular reports and insights
Work closely with the leadership team to support promotions, product launches, and campaigns

Requirements

Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Strong photography and mobile videography skills
Experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends
Excellent writing and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work on-site in Old Town, Chicago for content creation sessions
