Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day social media presence for assigned client accounts
• Develop monthly and weekly social media content ideas based on each client's goals
• Write engaging captions, posts, calls-to-action, and promotional content
• Schedule and publish content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and others when appropriate
• Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, SocialPilot, and similar social media management platforms
• Monitor client social media accounts to ensure content is being published accurately and consistently
• Review basic social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and content quality
• Keep client content calendars organized and up to date
• Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging content opportunities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned social media clients

Requirements

• Applicants must have at least 2 years of professional social media marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations
• Experience creating, editing, and publishing social media content
• Experience creating video using a smartphone and/or camera
• Experience editing short-form video using CapCut or similar applications
• Experience writing social media captions and promotional content
• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other social media platforms
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
• Familiarity with SocialPilot or similar scheduling platforms
• Strong understanding of what makes social media content engaging

Preferred

• Experience operating drones or working with drone footage is a plus but is not required.
