Job Summary

Own multi-channel social content for a small nonprofit, publishing 3–5 posts weekly across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and occasionally X/YouTube, while preserving a consistent voice and DCFYI style.

  • Responsibilities: Content production and publishing across channels with graphics, templates, copy, light video edits, and fact-checking.
  • Audience & growth: Community engagement, routine responses, and email list growth efforts tied to programs and volunteers.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the Executive Director and Communications Committee Chair, gather assets from staff, volunteers, and participants, and attend on-site events when needed to capture content.
