Job Description
A highly stylish, elevated, and aesthetic-driven entrepreneur seeks a Social Media Manager/Content Creator who is also open to doing some personal needs as related to the creation of content. This dynamic female entrepreneur is polished, hardworking, and runs multiple businesses, with a deep passion for motherhood, wellness, a healthy lifestyle, design, (quiet) luxury fashion, and spirituality.
While some of her social media needs will relate to business ventures, the primary focus of this role will be curating and managing her personal brand and social media presence, showcasing her journey as a mother, entrepreneur, and tastemaker.
This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, has a keen eye for aesthetics and luxury branding, and understands quiet luxury, chic minimalism,
and storytelling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hyper organized, strategic, and able to create content, inspiring followers through lifestyle, business, and family storytelling, and must have proven experience developing and executing content strategies for Founder/ C-level executive personal social media accounts.

Role Focus & Scope:
This role is dedicated to supporting the entrepreneur’s personal social media presence and personal brand. While the entrepreneur is the founder of multiple businesses, including The NOW, this position does not manage or support corporate or brand-owned social media accounts. Content will be centered on the entrepreneur as an individual; highlighting her lifestyle, motherhood journey, wellness practices, personal style, thought leadership, and behind-the-scenes moments of entrepreneurship, rather than promoting or managing company social channels.

Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Develop and execute a strategic social media content plan (30–60 days in advance) that aligns with the entrepreneur’s brand identity and message.
- Oversee content production from concept through execution, ensuring a polished, high-end editorial aesthetic.
- Coordinate and direct content shoots, including locations, angles, and storytelling elements.
- Maintain a visually cohesive presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with flexibility to expand to additional platforms (including podcasting).
- Stay ahead of trends in fashion, wellness, lifestyle, parenting, and quiet luxury to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and cultivate a strong, engaged community (with guidance).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across affiliated businesses to ensure alignment while maintaining a primary focus on the entrepreneur’s personal brand.
- Independently create content while leveraging opportunities with photographers, videographers, stylists, speaking engagements, and on-location shoots.
- Track analytics and optimize content strategy based on performance insights.
Assistance & Execution
- Act as a right-hand partner, supporting day-to-day execution related to social media strategy.
- Run errands related to content creation and assist with ad hoc projects (e.g., wardrobe pickup, prop sourcing, location scouting).
- Organize and maintain digital assets to ensure a seamless content workflow.
- Provide additional support while the entrepreneur is traveling for meetings, events, speaking engagements, or brand activations.
- Handle scheduling and liaise with internal teams across the various brands.

- Highly creative and visually driven, with an innate sense of style, aesthetics, and luxury branding.
- An organized executor capable of managing both big-picture strategy and granular details with ease.
- Social media-savvy, staying current on trends, analytics, and best practices across platforms.
- Comfortable behind the camera capturing high-quality photo and video content, and appearing on camera as needed.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and stays several steps ahead.
- Resourceful and highly skilled at problem-solving, with a natural ability to make things happen.
- Confident and comfortable engaging with high-level executives.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to go the extra mile—from real-time posting to coordinating impromptu shoots.
Qualifications:
- Must have direct, hands-on experience managing and growing personal social media channels for C-suite executives (e.g., CEO, President, Founder, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or branding (luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or wellness preferred).
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, CapCut, podcast platforms, and YouTube Shorts, with strong platform-specific knowledge.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative editing tools.
- Strong photography and videography skills required.
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation is required.
- Experience in a personal assistant or right-hand role is a strong advantage.

- Base salary range: $80,000–$100,000 with opportunity for discretionary bonus.
