Job Summary

Own end-to-end short-form video creation for Googipet, from ideation and filming to editing, community engagement, and performance tracking across trends and user-generated content.

Own content calendar and format experiments
Drive distribution and optimization based on metrics

Job Description

Responsibilities

Film and edit 1 to 2 short-form videos per day (mostly on your phone, in CapCut or similar).
Develop hooks and concepts from our content pillars and trending formats.
Feature real dogs, real owners, and real reviews (we will give you a full library to work from).
Run community engagement: reply to comments and DMs, spot questions worth turning into content.
Spot trends and sounds early and adapt them to Googipet fast.
Organize and tag the user-generated content that comes in from customers.
Track what works (saves, shares, watch time, sales) and double down.

Requirements

MUST HAVE A DOG
TikTok-native and chronically online, you already know what is working this week.
Able to shoot and edit short-form yourself, quickly, with good taste.
A genuine dog lover.
Scrappy, reliable, and fast. You ship daily and do not need hand-holding

Preferred

Comfortable on camera (or directing the dogs and owners who are).
Prior brand, creator, or UGC content we can look at.
Basic graphic or thumbnail sense
