Responsibilities

• Own our TikTok and Instagram creative strategy
• Concept, script, film, edit and publish short-form content
• Develop recurring formats, jokes, characters and social experiments
• React quickly to trends, comments and cultural moments
• Engage with our community in Selk’bag’s voice
• Turn launches, products and partnerships into social-first ideas
• Work with creators and UGC when needed
• Track what works, learn from it and make more of it
• Create approximately 3–5 original videos per week
• During your first 90 days, establish a recognizable social voice and creative direction for Selk’bag

Requirements

• You’re creative, funny, resourceful and deeply tuned into internet culture.
• You understand why people stop, watch, comment and share , and you can take an idea from concept to published content without needing someone to hold your hand.
• You don’t need 10 years of social media experience.
• We’re open to an exceptional recent graduate, emerging creator or early-career talent with great instincts and original ideas.
