Job Description
Responsibilities
- Growing social media engagement and followers
- Finding and managing influencers and UGC creators
- Suggesting viral content ideas, hooks, and trends
- Repurposing short-form content across platforms
- Monitoring campaign performance and optimising results
- Helping increase traffic, brand awareness, and ecommerce sales
Requirements
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or short-form content marketing
- Experience growing ecommerce or Shopify brands
- Understanding of influencer outreach and UGC marketing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to identify trends and create engaging content strategies
- Familiarity with ecommerce marketing and social media analytics
- Self-motivated and performance-focused mindset
Preferred
- Experience with smart home, tech, or lifestyle brands is a plus
