Responsibilities

Own Complex Social voice, content, and community across platforms, delivering platform-specific content and timely, trend-driven creator assets through cross-functional collaboration.

• Content & Publishing: Create and publish on Facebook, X, and Instagram with on-brand voice and audience-appropriate framing.
• Community & Moderation: Lead community management, DM handling, and tone-consistent engagement at scale.
• Real-time & Collaboration: Surface viral moments to the news team, develop reactive creative assets, and partner with editorial, video, and Shop for big moments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of social media and editorial experience with a publisher or brand; strong writing and quick decision-making skills; willingness to appear on camera.
• Deep understanding of the Complex content, voice, and tone; passionate about streetwear, pop culture, sports, and music.
• Fluent across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube Shorts); proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro.
