Responsibilities

• Manage daily content for Facebook and Instagram
• Plan and maintain our content calendar
• Create posts, Stories, Reels, graphics, photos, and short-form videos
• Write engaging captions and promotional copy
• Promote new fabrics, kits, patterns, subscription boxes, classes, Facebook Lives, and special events
• Repurpose video and other content across multiple platforms
• Monitor engagement and help grow followers, traffic, and sales
• Manage and grow our Pinterest presence
• Create Pins that drive traffic to products, patterns, and blog content
• Write keyword-rich Pin titles and descriptions

Requirements

• Experience managing social media for a business
• Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram
• Pinterest experience
• Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Comfortable creating Reels and short-form video
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Shopify experience or a strong willingness to learn
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred

• Knowledge of quilting, sewing, fabric, or the craft industry is a plus.
