Job Description

Responsibilities

Source and outreach to high-potential TikTok Go creators to secure participation
Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok Go with cross-functional team
Collaborate closely with Bytedance teams on program coordination
Execute and track performance in the creator onboarding process
Drive creator participation in TikTok Go visits and opportunities
Support daily operations to ensure TikTok Go program runs smoothly
Monitor competitor agencies to inform program strategy
Become proficient in internal systems and workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Social Commerce team

Requirements

Fluent English speaker
Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle
Willingness to take ownership of an early-stage, high-growth opportunity

Preferred

No direct experience required, platform knowledge is a plus
Strong interest in TikTok, influencer marketing, travel, and e-commerce
