Responsibilities

• The Content Creator is a part-time, hybrid, deliverables-based role based in Miami, FL, with a compensation of $750/month.
• The position combines remote creative work with in-person content shoots, brand activations, and events in Miami.
• The schedule is flexible, with occasional evening and weekend availability required.
• This role is focused specifically on content creation rather than social media management. Posting, scheduling, community management, and responding to comments or DMs are not required.
• The Content Creator will be responsible for developing creative concepts and producing 7 finished, ready-to-post content deliverables per week for TikTok and Instagram.
• Deliverables may include Reels, TikTok videos, behind-the-scenes content, lifestyle content, product-focused videos, and other short-form social content.
• Additional photo and video assets may also be captured during scheduled shoots, events, and brand activations as needed.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include filming and editing short-form content, creating product and lifestyle imagery, identifying relevant trends and translating them into the Lyzea aesthetic, and developing creative concepts, hooks, and new content formats.
• A major part of the role will also involve AI-powered creative content. The ideal candidate should be highly comfortable using AI tools for image and video generation, editing, ideation, visual concepts, and experimenting with emerging creative formats.
• The creator should be comfortable bringing lifestyle concepts to life — whether that means organizing a casual shoot with models, creators, or friends; styling and shooting Lyzea cans in different environments; creating trend-driven social content; or capturing content at a Lyzea activation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, social media, digital content creation, communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience creating high-quality short-form content for TikTok and/or Instagram
• Strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, editing, social content, or other creative work
• Strong proficiency with AI creative tools, particularly for image/video generation, editing, ideation, and content development
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, current trends, and internet culture
• Excellent visual eye with an understanding of beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, and modern consumer brands
• Strong filming, editing, visual storytelling, and creative concepting skills
• Ability to create content that feels organic, elevated, current, and culturally relevant
• Comfortable coordinating and directing lifestyle content with models, creators, friends, or other talent when needed
• Experience with beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, food/beverage, or CPG brands is preferred
