Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and maintain a content calendar across brands, venues, and events.
• Film, edit, and publish compelling short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and photos.
• Capture live events and turn footage into timely promotional content and recaps.
• Write engaging captions and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Manage comments and direct messages to keep our community engaged.
• Identify relevant trends, sounds, and formats and adapt them to our audience.
• Manage organic content, paid social campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with our photographer and designer to produce cohesive campaigns.
• Track results and use performance insights to improve content, audience growth, and event promotion.

Requirements

• - Proven experience managing social media accounts, with a portfolio of content and video editing work.
• - Strong filming, editing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• - Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, social trends, and platform best practices.
• - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or comparable editing software.
• - Experience with paid social advertising and influencer collaborations.
• - Familiarity with nightlife and music culture, including EDM, house, open format, vinyl, and lounge environments.
• - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• - Availability to work full-time on-site in San Diego, including nights and weekends.
