Responsibilities

• Attending 1–3 hour shoots at client locations throughout Oʻahu
• Capturing vertical video and photography
• Editing Reels, TikToks, Stories, Shorts, photos, and other social content
• Adding music, captions, graphics, text overlays, and transitions
• Writing social media captions
• Formatting content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, YouTube, and other platforms
• Scheduling and publishing approved content
• Incorporating reasonable edits and client feedback
• Identifying spontaneous content opportunities while on location
• This is a behind-the-camera position and does not require you to serve as on-camera talent

Requirements

• Live on Oʻahu and have reliable transportation
• Have examples or a portfolio of social media content you’ve created
• Understand short-form, social-first content
• Have a strong eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Be comfortable writing engaging captions
• Be dependable, organized, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
• Be able to follow creative direction while also bringing your own ideas
• Agency experience or a marketing degree is not required . We care more about your creativity, reliability, willingness to learn, and quality of work.
