Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging content calendars and campaign concepts
- Launch and grow our YouTube presence
- Write compelling captions and social media content
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize engagement
- Support and manage paid social campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads)
Requirements
- 3+ years of social media or digital marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Ad Campaigns
Preferred
- Strong copywriting skills; basic design skills a plus
- Healthcare or nursing home experience is strongly preferred
