Social Media Coordinator/marketing

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, stories, photography, and promotional graphics.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase appointments.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).
• Create and manage promotional campaigns, email marketing, and SMS marketing.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of salon services, skincare treatments, products, and events.
• Collaborate with our hairstylists, estheticians, and beauty professionals to promote services.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, leads, and advertising results.
• Maintain consistent luxury branding across all marketing platforms.
• Research beauty industry trends, viral content, and new marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Excellent photography, video editing, and creative storytelling skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable results.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, salon, or medical spa industry is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of AI marketing tools and marketing automation is a plus.
