Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting North Fork Mono Casinos' culture and always demonstrating exemplary Service Standards.
  • Conceptualize and create bold, original content that sets North Fork Mono Casino apart--ranging from viral videos and trending social posts to high-quality photography and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
  • Be comfortable on-camera--whether it's hosting content, appearing in stories, or engaging with guests and team members in a dynamic, authentic way.
  • Act quickly to capitalize on trends, news, and engagement opportunities -- bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life in real time.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement an effective social media content calendar.
  • Produce, shoot, and edit video and photography content for all platforms.
  • Write compelling captions, headlines, and copy that grabs attention and sparks engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, using data to optimize content strategies and deliver tangible results.
  • Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and internal teams to amplify brand reach.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, maintaining an engaging but professional voice that reflects North Fork Mono Casino's identity.

Requirements

  • Comfortable on camera with the ability to bring energy, personality, and authenticity to content.
  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports and trends.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.).
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission , which includes passing a background investigation.
