Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
  • Identify, adapt, and execute on trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments in real time
  • Concept and produce a mix of short-form video content, from humorous, trend-driven posts to elevated, aesthetic brand content
  • Translate sports moments, fan behavior, and team culture into timely, engaging, and shareable content
  • Develop content that balances humor, relatability, and strong visual identity
  • Maintain a cohesive, on-brand aesthetic across all social platforms
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform optimization
  • Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and interactive content
  • Monitor performance metrics and iterate quickly based on what’s working
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaigns, launches, and activations

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a similar role
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content trends
  • Strong awareness of sports culture, fandom, and current conversations across leagues and teams
  • Proven ability to create content that is engaging, shareable, and has viral potential
  • Strong sense of humor with the ability to create content that feels natural, not forced
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling, styling, and aesthetic consistency
  • Creative thinker who can balance trend-driven content with brand-building visuals
  • Comfortable moving quickly, testing ideas, and adapting in real time
  • Passion for fashion, sports, and pop culture
