Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and plan compelling social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistent brand voice
• Monitor social channels, engage with audiences, and provide responsive community support
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats — and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Collaborate with senior staff to develop and refine client social strategies
• Assist with project scheduling, task management, and general agency operations
• Support new business pitches and contribute to creative brainstorms
• Track content performance and contribute to client reporting

Requirements

• Experience working in marketing or a similar role with at least 1-2 years
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing presence
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure deadline situations
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects
• Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut) are a bonus
• Experience managing social media accounts, with a knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred

• Experience with social scheduling tools is a plus
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCap) are a bonus
