Responsibilities

• Grow a new social media account to 300k followers.
• Direct, film and generate content that builds an authority brand by creating viral content.
• This can be achieved by educational, storytelling, day in the life, behind the scenes of building and selling to a private equity company, with a call to action to get the opportunity to work with Nathan and own a local home services franchise location.
• One minute you're creating idea's.
• The next you're filming behind-the-scenes content, or editing a Reel to go viral.
• You are a master on research, execution, and vision.
• Content & Brand
• Occasionally travel with Nathan to capture photo and video
• Research and spot great content opportunities as they're happening
• Film business, educational and lifestyle content

Requirements

• Have experience or interest in supporting a Founder, entrepreneur or executive
• Have experience researching, filming and editing social content
• Understand Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Have experience using AI tools and Canva to work smarter, create content efficiently, and improve productivity
• Know how to use technology and AI to streamline tasks, organize information, and help get more done
• Communicate professionally and confidently
• Stay calm when plans change
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Solve problems without waiting for instructions
