Job Summary
Own end-to-end social content from ideation to publication, shaping multi-platform storytelling for Modena Health across clinics and events, while collaborating with physicians and leadership to translate medical topics into patient-friendly content and tracking performance.
- Own content calendar planning and multi-location publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Work with physicians and leadership to turn medical topics into patient-friendly content and optimize impact using engagement metrics.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms
- Capture and edit photo/video content in clinics, at events, and with providers/patients
- Develop engaging educational, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes healthcare content
- Write captions, social copy, blog posts, app content, website/email content, and print marketing materials
- Create a cohesive content calendar that takes into account multiple clinic locations and additional openings throughout the year
- Support new clinic launches, community events, and partnerships
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to turn medical topics into patient-friendly content
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and opportunities for growth
- Assist with influencer/community outreach and local partnerships
- Track engagement metrics and help optimize content performance
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video trends
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Comfortable filming and editing content on iPhone and/or professional cameras
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to move quickly and manage multiple projects
- Creative eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, startup-like healthcare environment
- Basic graphic design experience
