Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
• Write compelling social media captions and marketing copy.
• Manage content calendars for multiple brands.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to messages and comments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and content strategies.
• Design digital and print marketing materials including flyers, brochures, advertisements, business cards, and promotional pieces.
• Maintain consistent branding across all companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of two years of social media management experience
• Experience creating graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
• Strong copywriting and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience managing multiple social media brands simultaneously
• Familiarity with real estate and/or property management
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling platforms
• Photography or basic video editing experience is a plus
