Responsibilities

• Shape the voice, the creative direction, and the content strategy of the brand across every platform
• Own full creative strategy for TikTok & Instagram including content pillars, hook writing, trend responsiveness, visual direction, caption voice, and posting cadence
• Own the YouTube channel strategy: video ideation, scripting, SEO, thumbnail direction, and audience growth
• Turn podcast episodes into platform-native content (Reels, carousels, etc.) to extend reach
• Act as the voice of the brand across all platforms; brief content creator, provide constructive feedback, maintain brand standards
• Collaborate with the Brand Director and ensure strategy is not execution-only
• Leverage email and copywriting instincts to enhance hooks and subject lines

Requirements

• 3–5+ years building and leading content strategy for a personal brand, online coaching company, or creator
• Experience working at or closely with a recognized coaching or creator brand (e.g., Amy Porterfield, Mel Robbins, Alix Earl, GaryVee, Brendon Burchard)
• Deep platform-native fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Writes with intention — hooks, captions, scripts, video titles
• Thrives in a real-time content environment
• Video editing skills — CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent
• Ability to lead a content creator without micromanaging
• Genuine consumption of content across podcasts, creators, books, shows
• Experience with strong brand voice and platform-native storytelling
• Demonstrated ability to balance creative risk with brand standards

Preferred

• Experience with email and copywriting instincts to be prioritized
• Experience working inside a high-performing coaching company, a creator-led brand, or a personal brand that moves people
• Strong point of view on what great content looks like and a genuine obsession with platform mechanics
