Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Social media content (top priority)
• Come up with ideas, then film and edit short videos, photos, stories, and captions
• Plan and keep a content calendar and a tidy asset library
• Track engagement and performance, and use what you learn
• Capture field stories, staff profile photos, and training and onboarding videos
• Bring a good, brand-safe sense of humor to everything we post
• Hands-on marketing and support
• Design flyers and print pieces in Canva or similar tools
• Coordinate shirt orders, office supplies, and project materials, including assembly and setup
• Help coordinate hiring and onboarding, and provide occasional executive support

Requirements

• Video editing experience, ideally Final Cut Pro (other editors are fine if your work is strong)
• Digital camera experience: framing, lighting, and usable audio
• Comfort navigating social media platforms and Meta Business Suite
• Brand-safe humor and good judgment
• Clear writing and a good eye for design
• Reliable follow-through with tasks and vendors
• Comfort with the public and traveling to branch events
• Discretion with confidential personnel records
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive to branches, events, and shoots

Preferred

• A plus: hands-on experience growing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts, event coordination, print or apparel vendors, and small-business work. No degree, set number of years, or follower count required.
