Social Media & Content Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create Content
• A major part of your job is simply making sure people see what we’re doing.
• You’ll:
• • Capture photo and video content around our facility regularly
• • Film new simulator builds, products, testing, installs, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes moments
• • Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• • Turn everyday activity into usable content
• • Help organize our existing library of photos and video
• • Coordinate photographers and videographers when a larger production makes sense
• Some days, you’ll walk into the warehouse and the content is already sitting in front of you.

Requirements

• Understand Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and short-form social content
• Can shoot good-looking video with a phone or camera
• Know your way around video editing software
• Have a good eye for composition, lighting, branding, and aesthetics
• Understand why some videos stop a scroll and others don’t
• Are organized enough to maintain a real content calendar
• Can work independently and actually finish things
• Enjoy experimenting and trying new ideas
• Are comfortable interacting with customers, employees, partners, and creators
• Want your work to directly influence the growth of a company

Preferred

• Experience with Meta Ads, photography, graphic design, motorsports, automotive content, gaming, sim racing, or technology is a plus.
