Job Summary

Own on-campus video capture and social distribution, turning classroom moments into parent-friendly short form content that rides IG Reels and TikTok trends.

  • Campus Content Ownership: shoot weekly across classrooms and labs, plan with campus staff, and ensure timely onsite captures.
  • Creative & Distribution: produce vertical clips and pitch trend-driven ideas; manage the corporate TikTok presence.
  • Operational Discipline: name and upload assets the same day to keep a clean shared library and consistent storytelling.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Visit assigned campuses weekly to film/photograph classes, labs, and campus moments. - Interact with and interview children to create engaging and exciting parent-forward content - Capture vertical, social-ready clips (hooks, A/B-roll, hands-on shots, gear close-ups). - Pitch fresh content ideas aligned with IG Reels/TikTok trends. - Organize, name, and upload files to the shared drive the same day. - Collaborate with local campus staff to schedule classroom captures onsite. - Run the corporate TikTok account. Requirements - Currently enrolled in college or heading towards college; personable and comfortable around kids. - Intermediate videography/photography skills (composition, focus, exposure). - Strong grasp of social trends (Reels/TikTok), hooks, and short-form storytelling. - Proficient with mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut). - Equipment: Personal iPhone with Cinematic mode (iPhone 13 or newer running iOS 15+). - Takes initiative, meets deadlines, communicates clearly. - Driver’s license and reliable car for local travel between campuses.
