Job Summary
Own the content engine for a cosmetic practice’s social channels, coordinating strategy, ROI tracking, and daily content creation across multiple platforms.
- Content & Channel Ownership: Build and execute a channel strategy for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with clear ROI targets.
- Content Operations & Partnerships: Produce and publish daily content, manage assets and site content, and pursue influencer/brand partnerships.
- Research & Alignment: Benchmark trends and audience preferences to guide creative and campaign priorities.
Job Description
- Collaborate with our Marketing Director to create and execute a content strategy for each of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Youtube)
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Manage internal sales databases and website content
- Identify potential partnerships with influencers or brands
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Assist with miscellaneous marketing initiatives as needed
