Create recruiting content and driver spotlights
Manage posts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram
Write captions and design simple graphics/thumbnails
Reply to comments and share a short weekly performance report

Requirements

Portfolio of your own Reels/TikTok/YouTube content (required)
Strong mobile editing skills (CapCut, InShot or similar) and Canva
Knows trends and hooks that stop the scroll
Reliable and self-driven; trucking experience is a plus
