Social Media Content Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across multiple campaigns with the full team
• Develop, organize, manage and edit content across multiple clients
• Conduct social listening and community management
• Contribute to content ideation and manage projects to ensure timely execution
• Collaborate with the full team to develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Capture and coordinate content, including interviews, red carpet coverage, and trend-driven moments
• Monitor client and industry accounts, social media trends, and audience sentiment
• Develop and maintain brand-specific tone and voice across all social channels
• Assist in preparing materials for weekly client meetings and presentations
• Research and compile influencer lists for targeted campaigns

Requirements

• Experience of successfully executing social media campaigns for brands on platforms like TikTok and Instagram
• Social media experience in an agency setting or in the theater industry
• A passion for Broadway, theater and the performing arts
• An active user of multiple social media platforms with an understanding of social media best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Docs/ Slides/ Drive
• Experience with social media engagement/listening platforms is a plus
• Able to work a hybrid schedule (in-person and remote)

Preferred

• Some graphic design, Photoshop and photography experience preferred.
