Social Media Content Coordinator, Audiomack Latin

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and post content across social platforms
• Create video and photo assets optimized for each social platform (vertical video, carousel posts, stories, etc.)
• Find social names/handles and tag artists, producers, fanpages, and other contributors for maximum shareability
• Organize, schedule, and set live collab posts with other pages
• Write caption copy using our brand voice (engaging younger audiences but still being informative and starting conversations)
• Monitor and track performance and engagement and suggest content optimization
• Update social media calendar and manage files with shared folders
• Curate content (relevant social clips, playlist selections, social links, album covers, release dates, anniversaries, cultural moments, etc.)
• Responsabilidades: - Crear, programar y publicar contenido en plataformas sociales (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - Desarrollar piezas de video y foto optimizadas para cada formato (Reels, carruseles, historias) - Identificar y etiquetar correctamente artistas, productores y comunidades para maximizar alcance - Coordinar publicaciones colaborativas (“collab posts”) con otras cuentas - Redactar captions atractivos que conecten con audiencias jóvenes y generen conversación - Monitorear métricas de rendimiento y proponer optimizaciones - Mantener actualizado el calendario de contenido y organizar archivos compartidos - Curar contenido relevante: lanzamientos, tendencias, momentos culturales, playlists, etc.
• What you’ll do: We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social and new music. You’ll create shareable and engaging posts, grow our audience, and put people on to the best new music and artists.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish & English
• Experience creating music- or culture-adjacent content on Instagram and TikTok
• Extremely tapped into rising and underground Latin music culture. You know what artists, scenes, and songs will resonate.
• Video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Capcut/Edits)
• Creative, scrappy, and obsessed with social trends
• Ability to take advantage of viral moments with quick turnarounds and juggle multiple projects

Preferred

• Located in New York City area
• Can represent Audiomack at events, networking and capturing social content
• Experience with Photoshop, Figma, Sprout Social, AI tools, Google Docs/Sheets
• Strong writing + visual storytelling skills
• Experience using AI tools
