Job Description
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as:
- Facebook / Instagram Ads
- Google Ads
- Zocdoc, Psychology Today, latterly
- Build and manage marketing funnels designed for local lead generation and patient acquisition.
- Test creative variations, audiences, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
- Onboard new clients and collaborate on advertising strategy and offer development.
- Communicate campaign strategies and performance expectations with clients.
- Manage multiple client accounts and oversee campaign performance across portfolios.
- Track campaign performance and analyze advertising data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience running paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads).
- Experience with lead generation funnels and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare or medical marketing
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and conversion tracking
- Experience scaling campaigns across multiple ad accounts
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools
