Job Summary

Own content development and partnerships for social channels, driving timely campaigns, creator collaborations, and asset management while tracking impact to refine messaging and growth.

Content & Production: Create, schedule, and organize Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest content plus behind-the-scenes shoots and product visuals.
Partnerships & Outreach: Research influencer opportunities, coordinate gifting, nurture creator relationships, and build collaborations with event professionals and brand partners.
Campaign Ops & Analytics: support calendar planning, campaign setup, and performance tracking to guide future content strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
Capture behind-the-scenes studio content, product photos, videos, and reels
Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
Help brainstorm creative content ideas, launches, trends, and seasonal campaigns
Monitor trends, engagement opportunities, and platform growth
Research and identify influencer and brand partnership opportunities
Assist with influencer outreach, gifting coordination, and relationship management
Help build partnerships with creators, event professionals, and brand collaborators
Support outreach campaigns for both Signs by SI and Mahjong by SI
Assist with Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns

Requirements

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Strong interest in social media, branding, marketing, content creation, or digital advertising
Creative eye for aesthetics, trends, and brand presentation
Comfortable creating content on iPhone and social platforms
Organized, dependable, proactive, and willing to learn
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to Commute: Atlanta, GA 30339 (Preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to help across different areas of the business
