Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community and online reputation.
  • Design and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, offering insights for content optimisation.
  • Collaborate with our service and sales teams to highlight promotions, showcase successful projects, and share customer testimonials.
  • Stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure our strategy remains effective and innovative.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a social media management or digital marketing role.
  • Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Strong content creation skills, with an eye for detail in writing, editing, and visual design.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is highly desirable.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
