Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate social media content and communication efforts with the command staff and organizational leadership.
- Develop and execute daily and weekly social media and communication strategies.
- Monitor audience engagement, analyze performance, and recommend improvements to the social media plan.
- Research authoritative data sources to identify relevant events, activities, and information for publication.
- Provide communications support to senior government officials, including GS-15 and SES personnel.
- Evaluate communication strategies, recommend improvements, and ensure accurate, timely, and consistent messaging across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- MUST have a BA/BS OR 4 years of equivalent experience.
- MUST have an ACTIVE Secret clearance OR an interim Secret clearance in progress.
- MUST be a US citizen.
Preferred
- DoD program experience in a headquarters organization.
- 3 years of government communications experience.
