Role Description

The Social Media Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of client social media accounts, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring posts across multiple platforms. Additional tasks will include crafting copy, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with clients to ensure alignment with their goals and branding. This is a contract position requiring an on-site presence in Delray Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a creative team and ensure the successful execution of campaigns to grow client engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience with Social Media Strategy, Content Planning, and Platform Best Practices
• Strong skills in Copywriting, Caption Writing, and Brand Voice Alignment
• Proficiency in Performance Analysis, Social Media Metrics, and Reporting Insights
• Basic understanding of Visual Content Creation and working with Creative Teams
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms, such as social media scheduling and analytics software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
