- Own strategy, performance, and execution for a small portfolio of brand accounts while leading coordinators supporting outreach, operations, and creator management.
- Optimize and scale TikTok Shop for each brand to drive measurable results.
- Oversee creators, store performance, and client communications.
- Spot what works, fix what doesn’t, and collaborate with the team to move initiatives quickly.
- 2 to 4 years in social media marketing, influencer strategy, or ecommerce.
- Proven client account management and direct brand-team communication.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop.
- Experience managing junior team members or project contributors.
- Strong communication and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and take ownership.
- Remote-first team (US-based only).
