Social Director

Responsibilities

• Plan, present and own the success of social engine marketing programs across the largest clients at Syneos Health
• Lead, mentor and train members of the social team through a social professional development program
• Develop and implement SOPs governing all aspects of best practice campaign development for the social department
• Own all areas of campaign development and optimization, from keyword and copy creation to bid management and KPI reporting
• Provide support to new business through industry analysis and social landscape estimation
• Regularly author POVs to ensure the team is up to date on the latest social trends and engine algorithm updates
• Demonstrate outstanding performance in market, exceeding client expectations and KPIs through class-leading social programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience leading, executing and planning Paid Social media campaigns
• Able to put together and present integrated social strategy
• Have experience participating in pitches for new business and understanding how to operationalize complex asks during the RFP process
• You should have experience interacting directly with clients, building relationships and seeing great campaigns executed and reported on flawlessly
• You should have experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across all major social platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube at minimum
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data
• Candidates should be free to travel as-needed to support the business
• Experience in pharma or healthcare is required
