- Assist on set during content days
- Build and manage paid social campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, with firsthand knowledge of college culture and trends
- Proven experience running Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) with results you can share
- Located within 30 miles of Boca Raton or Miami, with reliable transportation to shoots
- Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of what performs on the platform
- Strong creative eye and an understanding of what feels authentic to a college audience
- Highly organized, self-directed, and consistent in meeting deadlines
Preferred
- Knowledge of college sports culture
- Experience with fashion, DTC, or student brand content
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva)
- Experience with Shopify or ecommerce ad reporting
