Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of social-first content, from planning through on-set execution
• Oversee all production logistics, including scheduling, locations, permits, crew, equipment, and talent
• Ensure content is captured efficiently and aligns with platform best practices and performance goals
• Lead content capture at high-profile brand events, adapting to fast-paced environments and evolving priorities
• Support production of athlete content, including talent coordination and on-site execution
• Manage creator content from outreach and briefing through final delivery, including timelines, approvals, and coordination with Influencer/Talent teams
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with content calendars and campaign timelines
• Own projects with a high level of autonomy, bringing structure and organization to production workflows
• Contribute to improving processes and identifying ways to increase efficiency as content volume grows
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Social, Influencer, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment from concept through execution

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in social content production, digital media, or creative production
• Strong understanding of social platforms and evolving content trends
• Experience producing high-volume content and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution
• Comfortable operating independently and driving projects forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong understanding of social content performance and audience engagement
• Solutions-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Collaborative with a proactive and clear communication style
• E xperience working with creators, influencers, and talent preferred
• Comfortable working on-location, including travel and non-standard hours as needed
