• Content Strategy & Creative
• * Develop strategic content concepts that give women a reason to follow SYRCLE beyond event promotion
• * Establish content pillars around friendship, community, NYC lifestyle, social experiences, activities, events, and other relevant topics
• * Develop engaging and culturally relevant concepts designed for conversation, shares, saves, discovery, and community participation
• * Create recurring content series that can become recognizable parts of the SYRCLE brand
• * Identify trends and conversations that can be adapted naturally to SYRCLE
• * Help develop and maintain a simple content calendar
• * Adjust content strategy based on what is actually resonating with the audience
• Content Creation

Requirements

• Has a strong eye for modern, polished social content
• Thinks strategically about why content would perform, not simply what to post
• Understands organic community growth and proactive engagement
• Can develop interesting content concepts without needing every idea provided to them
• Understands the difference between community building and simply responding to comments
• Is comfortable starting with a brand that has little existing audience or original event content
• Understands Instagram, Threads and TikTok particularly well
• Can write engaging, conversational social copy
• Understands how to turn one strong idea into multiple pieces of platform-appropriate content
• Is resourceful, proactive, creative, and comfortable experimenting

Preferred

• Experience with social clubs, community brands, lifestyle brands, wellness, hospitality, events, fashion, beauty, or other consumer-facing brands is a plus.
