Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for affiliate creator outreach.
• Manage communications with creators with goal of longer-term community-building
• Analyze performance of UGC, bringing insights to cross-functional partners managing sales & assortment, brand marketing comms, and creator strategy
• Work closely with sales & ops team to influence assortment, pricing and promo strategy, and digital merchandising
• Work closely with brand and creative teams to identify high-potential, strongly brand-aligned creators and develop relationships with top performers
• Advance measurement strategy to understand cross-channel impact of social commerce
• Advocate for advancement of brand growth on social commerce platforms by aligning with existing regulatory and brand safety guidelines

Requirements

• Must be proficient with MS Office and have advanced Excel and PPT skills (Pivot Tables + charts)
• Experience managing ads/media KPI performance (engagement and conversion metrics across social or retail media platform)
• 1-3 years of experience of TikTok Shop experience
• 1-3 years of experience managing creator or affiliate marketing partnerships
• Bachelor's Degree in related field required
• Strong analytical skills and experience presenting data analysis to key stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly
• Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem and eagerness to move and adapt quickly at the pace of the platform
