We’re currently hiring a TikTok Shop Account Manager based in North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building strong client relationships, and helping brands improve and scale their TikTok Shop operations. No prior hands-on TikTok Shop experience is required, we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this space.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations for brand accounts, including product uploads, order tracking, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales and engagement
• Serve as the main point of contact for brand partners, offering support, insights, and strategic guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve account performance and implement growth strategies
• Participate in hands-on training covering TikTok Shop tools, account optimization, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Interest in TikTok, social commerce, and e-commerce
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• 0-1+ years of hands on TikTok shop management experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
• Experience in e-commerce, account management, CRM, or marketing is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Ability to work U.S. (EST/PST) hours
