Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations during your shift, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently
• Manage team members by providing guidance, training, and motivation to meet sales goals and uphold company standards
• Oversee customer service interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Coordinate inventory management tasks including stocking, merchandising, purchasing, and inventory control to optimize product availability
• Handle cash register operations using POS (Point of Sale) systems, perform cash handling duties accurately, and ensure proper cashiering procedures
• Assist with employee orientation, interviewing potential candidates, and participating in recruiting efforts to build a strong retail team
• Monitor sales performance, implement sales strategies, and support marketing initiatives to boost store revenue

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly with staff and customers
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store operations
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently during shifts
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques, customer service standards, and retail management software is preferred
• Demonstrated ability in training & development, team management, and operational oversight
