SEO Specialist - WFH

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO tasks within a primary specialty area, maintaining consistent quality and delivery standards across client accounts.
• Apply established SEO processes and best practices while identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Identify and resolve SEO errors using Google Search Console and other relevant tools.
• Monitor industry trends and developments to strengthen expertise and improve specialized SEO practices.
• Collaborate with SEO Managers to implement specialized tactics and support integrated client campaigns.
• Provide guidance on specialty-specific practices and coordinate with overseas freelancers when needed.
• Participate in team meetings, share insights, document processes, and communicate successful implementations.
• Assist with tasks outside the primary specialty when necessary to meet deadlines and business priorities.
• Conduct advanced website audits and implement recommendations to improve search performance.
• Optimize on-site elements, including schema markup, internal linking, heading structure, and content organization.

Requirements

• Two to four years of SEO experience, with a focus on at least one specialty area.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and current industry developments.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to analyze performance data, communicate recommendations, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred

• Experience in legal, medical, or dental marketing.
• Ability to contribute specialized SEO knowledge while supporting broader team priorities.
