Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute specialized SEO tasks across client accounts while meeting quality and volume expectations.
- Apply established SEO processes and best practices within your primary area of expertise.
- Identify and resolve SEO issues using Google Search Console and other relevant tools.
- Monitor industry developments and apply relevant improvements to SEO practices.
- Provide guidance and share knowledge to improve specialized processes across client campaigns.
- Coordinate with overseas freelancers on specialized tasks when needed.
- Collaborate with SEO Managers and other team members to implement integrated strategies.
- Document workflows, successful implementations, and lessons learned.
- Conduct website audits and implement recommendations to improve performance.
- Optimize on-site elements, including schema markup, internal linking, and content structure.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of SEO experience, with a focus on at least one specialty area.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and current industry developments.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate across SEO disciplines and maintain consistent standards across client deliverables.
Preferred
- Experience in legal, medical, or dental marketing is a plus.
- Willingness to develop expertise in a primary SEO specialty while learning complementary skills.
