Own and drive local and AI-assisted marketing efforts by improving SEO and Google Maps visibility, turning existing content into marketing assets, and coaching the client through hands-on sessions.

Lead practical SEO and local ranking work with the client
Apply AI marketing tools to execute tasks during weekly sessions
Translate guidance into actionable steps and measurable improvements

Job Description

Responsibilities

Traditional SEO and website corrections.
Google Maps rankings and local SEO.
AI search visibility and using AI software to help run our marketing.
Turning our existing content and videos into useful marketing.
Coach me and help me get things done.

Requirements

Practical experience with AI marketing tools is essential
Ability to explain things clearly while we work together
Independent freelancer; would personally join our working sessions and coach me
Availability 3–5 hours per week
Pay rate and willingness to collaborate 3–5 paid hours per week over Zoom or in person

Preferred

Experience with air conditioning or plumbing companies would be a big plus.
