Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and optimize email campaigns that support product launches, promotions, practitioner education, and customer engagement initiatives
Build and manage automated email and SMS journeys that help deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time
Develop targeted audience segments and personalized communications using customer engagement and behavioral data
Create, maintain, and enhance marketing automation workflows that improve customer experiences and support business goals
Partner with Brand, Creative, Digital Marketing, Sales, and other teams to bring integrated marketing campaigns to life
Manage SMS marketing campaigns and automated text message programs that support key company initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversions, and overall effectiveness
Conduct A/B testing and apply insights to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experiences
Provide campaign reporting and performance insights to help guide future marketing efforts
Serve as the go-to resource for email marketing, SMS communications, and marketing automation best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related field required
5+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related digital marketing discipline
Experience building and optimizing email campaigns, customer journeys, nurture programs, and automation workflows
Experience analyzing campaign performance and leveraging data to improve engagement, conversion, and customer experience
Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across cross-functional teams
Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, and analytics platforms

Preferred

Marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, or CRM platform certifications preferred
HubSpot or Salesforce experience is preferred
